Los Angeles – The Motion Picture Association of America, Inc. (MPAA) on behalf of several of its member studios today filed a lawsuit against the operators of the download hub service Hotfile (www.hotfile.com) for copyright infringement. Hotfile facilitates the theft of copyrighted motion picture and television properties on a staggering scale and profits handsomely from encouraging and providing the means for massive copyright infringement.

“In less than two years Hotfile has become one of the 100 most trafficked sites in the world. That is a direct result of the massive digital theft that Hotfile promotes. Everyday Hotfile is responsible for the theft of thousands of MPAA member companies’ movies and TV shows - including movies still playing in theaters - many of which are stolen repeatedly, thousands of times a day, every single day,” said Daniel Mandil, General Counsel & Chief Content Protection Officer for the MPAA. “The theft taking place on Hotfile is unmistakable. Their files are indeed ‘hot,’ as in ‘stolen.’ It’s wrong and it must stop.”

Sometimes referred to as cyberlockers, download hubs like Hotfile bear no resemblance to legitimate online locker services. In fact, Hotfile openly discourages use of its system for personal storage. Hotfile’s business model encourages and incentivizes users to upload files containing illegal copies of motion pictures and TV shows to its servers and to third-party sites, so unlimited users can download the stolen content – in many cases tens of thousands of times. Hotfile profits from this theft by charging a monthly fee to users who download content from its servers. Hotfile also operates an incentive scheme that rewards users for uploading the most popular files - which are almost exclusively copyrighted works. Hotfile profits richly while paying nothing to the studios for their stolen content.

Hotfile is operated by Anton Titov, a foreign national residing in Florida. The studios are suing Hotfile and Titov for direct infringement for unlawfully distributing copyrighted works, inducement of infringement, contributory infringement and vicarious infringement, for actively promoting, enabling and profiting from their users’ copyright infringement. A civil lawsuit has been filed in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida for damages and injunctive relief for violations under the United States Copyright Act of 1976.

“Digital theft is not just a Hollywood problem. It’s an American problem,” Mandil said. “More than 2.4 million hardworking, middle-class Americans spanning all 50 states rely on the motion picture and television industry for their livelihoods. For all these workers and their families, digital theft means declining incomes, lost jobs and reduced health and retirement benefits.”

This is Telltale's first console game which was released inline with the PC version. It is Telltale's first Xbox 360 and Wii game. A Mac OS X version was later released by TransGaming, using their Cider technology.

The Cases
Case 1: Burning For You

In the first case, a taxi driver has been killed in an apparent arson attack inside his car. The player works with Nick Stokes in this case.
During the investigation, the victim, was found to be a racist with a criminal record. The details pointed out to a homeless man from Arizona, and two women who are in a relationship, one of them was the victim's old high school prom date and being harassed by him for two weeks.

Case 2: Double Down
A woman is repeatedly stabbed in her house and lives, but doesn't know who hurt her. The player works with Catherine Willows in this case. The husband is initially suspected after the woman is found to have entered into a contract with an aging African-American tycoon to be the surrogate mother for his son. However, after discovering that the husband was oblivious of the arrangement, it is discovered that the wife of the tycoon was only able to bear a daughter, and stabbed the woman in hopes of miscarrying the child, leaving her daughter the sole heir. This case can also be played as the sixth case of the PlayStation 2 version of the 3 Dimensions of Murder game.

Case 3: Shock Rock
The bodies of four members of a rock band called Bullet Train, are found electrocuted. The player works with Warrick Brown in this case.
The band members each have a record, except for the young singer. The suspects are the band's roadie/sound-tech, who was picked on by the band, his current lover, who is the band's second choice for a singer, the band's hateful manager, and Bullet Train's ex-singer, who was also the ex-wife of the lead guitar player.
Case 4: In Your Eyes
An eye surgeon was brutally killed in his own home. the only witness is his blind wife. The player works with Greg Sanders in this case.
During the investigation, Suspicion is initially cast on the surgeons daughter, the evidence leads back to the blind wife, in retribution for years of abuse and the botched surgery that left her blind. It is seen that murder was because of torture of the victims daughter.
Case 5: The Peacemaker
There has been a gun shootout where lots of bullets have been found, and a store clerk is shot repeatedly. One of three brothers are found waiting at the scene with murder weapons in hand. Despite a full confession and mounds of physical evidence, the trail leads back to the other two brothers, enraged at the high school aged clerk, who was having an intimate relationship with the brothers' mother. The player works with Gil Grissom in this case. Evidence finds an old pistol used in the west after which the case is named.

The Cases

Case 1: Flash Baked

A burned out building turns into another crime scene when you locate a dead body in it. You work with Sara Sidle in this case. The suspects involved are the victim's ex-boyfriend and the building manager.

Case 2: Planting Evidence

A construction worker is found dead in the center of a construction site. You work with Greg Sanders in this case. During the case, we find out the victim was depressed and suicidal. The evidence points to the construction supervisor, a plumber who is the victim's friend and a gardener.

Case 3: Tapped Out

A burn victim becomes the victim of a homicide when her medical equipment is found to have been sabotaged. You work with Nick Stokes on this case. The suspects are the victim's stepbrother, her stepsister and her care nurse.

Case 4: All Washed Up

A temporary secretary was found dead in her car at a car wash. The suspects in this case are her best friend, her wealthy boyfriend, and a man, who is the boyfriend's best friend and on parole. The demo version was released for download. You work with Catherine Willows on this cases.

Case 5: Boss Fight

The cases you worked on lead up to the climax of the game's main storyline. You work with Dr. Raymond Langston on this case.

The Cases

Case 1: Broken Hearted

A famous fire-breather was found dead. You work with Riley Adams. In the autopsy the victim was already dying of cancer and it seems the victim was abusive and violent. The evidence leads to the victim's landlord/doctor, his wife, and his 18-year-old stepson.

Case 5: Crime Scene Impersonator

A female impersonator was found dead in a nightclub. You work with Catherine Willows in this last case. The victim was identified as a superstar but other identification turns to out to be the victim's friend and manager. This murder was staged like a serial killer from 1975. This killer was known as the Barbor Street Boozer. He got this name because he tied his victims down and poured whiskey down their throats until they died of alcohol poisoning. The evidence leads to the superstar known as Marcelle, a homeless man, and the detective that worked the case back in 1975. At the end of a case you solve a celebrity murder and a cold case.

The Spartan Dilios narrates a story of Leonidas, chronicling his journey from a boy to king of Sparta. Years later, Persian messengers arrive at the gates of Sparta demanding it submit to King Xerxes. Leonidas and his guards kick the messengers down a well. Knowing this will prompt a Persian attack, Leonidas visits the Ephors—ancient, leprosy-ridden priests whose blessing he needs before the Spartan council will authorize going to war. He proposes they repel the numerically superior Persians by using the terrain of Thermopylae (the Hot Gates), and funnel the Persians into a narrow pass between the rocks and the sea. The Ephors consult the Oracle Pythia, who decrees that Sparta must not go to war. After Leonidas departs a messenger from Xerxes appears, rewarding the Ephors for their covert support.

Leonidas follows his plan anyway, setting out with only 300 soldiers, which he calls his personal guard to avoid needing the council's permission. Though he knows it is a certain suicide mission, he hopes the sacrifice will spur the council to unite against Persia. Along the way to Thermopylae, the Spartans are joined by Arcadians and various other Greeks. At Thermopylae, they construct a wall to contain the approaching Persian advance. Meanwhile, Leonidas encounters Ephialtes of Trachis, a hunchbacked Spartan whose parents fled Sparta to spare him certain infanticide. Wanting to redeem his father's name, he asks to join Leonidas and warns him of a secret path the Persians could use to outflank and surround them. Though sympathetic to the eager warrior, Leonidas rejects his request as Ephialtes cannot properly hold a shield, which would compromise the Spartans' phalanx formation.

Prior to the battle, the Persians demand that the Spartans lay down their weapons. Leonidas refuses, and with their tightly-knit phalanx formation the Spartans use the narrow terrain to repeatedly rebuff the advancing Persian army. Xerxes personally approaches Leonidas to persuade him to surrender, offering Leonidas wealth and power in exchange for his loyalty. Leonidas declines and Xerxes sends his elite guard, the Immortals, to attack them. The Spartans successfully dispatch them, but Ephialtes defects to the Persians and informs them of the secret path. When they realize Ephialtes' treachery, the Arcadians retreat and Leonidas orders Dilios to return to Sparta to tell the Council of their sacrifice. Though Dilios had recently lost his left eye in combat, he is still well-fit for battle, but Leonidas decides to utilize Dilios' unique gift for storytelling to appeal to the Spartan council. Though reluctant to leave his brothers behind, Dilios leaves with the Arcadians.

In Sparta, Gorgo, Queen of Sparta reluctantly submits sexually to the influential Theron in exchange for his help in persuading the Spartan council to send reinforcements to Leonidas. Following her address to the Council, Theron publicly betrays the Queen, prompting the councilmen to cry out in outrage and Gorgo to kill him out of rage, spilling open a bag of Persian coins from his robe. The Council agrees to unite against Persia. Meanwhile, at Thermopylae, the Persians use the goat path to surround the Spartans. Xerxes' general demands their surrender, again offering Leonidas titles and prestige. Leonidas seemingly bows in submission, allowing one of his men to leap over him and kill the general instead. Furious, Xerxes orders his troops to attack. Leonidas rises and hurls his spear at Xerxes, cutting the King on the cheek, thus making good on an earlier promise to make "the God-King bleed." Visibly disturbed by this reminder of his own mortality, Xerxes watches as all of the Spartans are slaughtered by a massive barrage of arrows. Moments before his death, Leonidas pledges his undying love to Gorgo, his queen and wife.

Concluding his tale before an audience of Spartans, Dilios states that the Persian army, depleted by desertions out of fear and the heavy casualties they suffered at the hands of a mere 300 Spartans, now faces 10,000 Spartans commanding 30,000 Greeks. Although still outnumbered, Dilios declares that the Greeks shall be victorious, and praises the sacrifice of King Leonidas of Sparta. He then leads the Greeks in a charge against the Persian army, beginning the Battle of Plataea.

Setelah meneliti pelbagai destinasi percutian di dalam internet, mereka sepakat memilih Ariba Ariba Resort sebagai destinasi pilihan. Melalui gambar dan info-info yang diberi, Ariba Ariba Resort merupakan destinasi percutian tepi pantai yang amat menarik. Oleh itu, mereka mulai memohon cuti selama 2 minggu untuk bercuti.Kisah bermula apabila Azli, Wahid, dan Mazlan sampai di jeti dan ketika menaiki feri, dompet mereka telah dicuri. Mereka juga terlanggar tiga orang gadis iaitu, Qasidah, Hamidah dan Zuraidah yang juga ingin menaiki feri yang sama dan terjadilah perbalahan kecil antara mereka. Setelah sampai di Ariba Ariba Resort alangkah terperanjatnya mereka apabila Ariba Ariba Resort tidak seindah seperti yang disangka. En Mansor, pemilik resort tersebut memberitahu mereka bahawa dulu resortnya cantik, tapi lama kelamaan resortnya tidak lagi dapat menarik perhatian pengunjung. Lalu tiga sekawan ini pun berhasrat untuk meninggalkan Ariba Ariba Resort lalu datang anak-anak perempuan En Mansor iaitu tiga gadis yang mereka terlanggar di feri tadi. Pada masa yang sama, Azli mendapati Qasidah adalah bekas kekasihnya suatu ketika dahulu dan terpisah akibat tentangan dari ayah Qasidah iaitu En Mansor sendiri.Azli, Wahid, dan Mazlan mulai berbincang untuk memajukan kembali Ariba Ariba Resort dengan syarat En Mansor membenarkan mereka tinggal disitu selama 2 minggu secara percuma. Setelah mencapai persetujuan, mereka pun giat memulakan operasi untuk memajukan resort tersebut sehinggalah resort tersebut berubah wajah menjadi lebih menarik. Pelbagai aktiviti dirancang tetapi resort tersebut tetap tidak dapat meraih perhatian pengunjung. Mereka tiga sekawan mulai berputus asa dan berhasrat untuk keluar daripada resort itu. Pagi esoknya, ketika mereka bertiga bersiap untuk keluar dari resort itu, mereka ternampak Remy keluar dari pejabat En Mansor dan beliau mengatakan masalah mereka telah selesai kerana Remy akan membantunya semula memajukan semula resortnya, tetapi Mazlan tiba-tiba teringat yang mereka pernah di dalam satu lokap bersama Remy dahulu kerana cubaannya menipu seorang datin. Remy berasa amat marah apabila cubaannya menipu En Mansor gagal dan mengarahkan pembantunya Jonny menculik Qasidah.Apakah Qasidah dapat diselamatkan?
